The Toronto Addis Ababa Psychiatry Project (TAAPP) is a volunteer program that runs in part by the generosity of donors.

As film makers for this documentary, we are funding the travel and production ourselves.  We are also looking for support to help fund the completion of the documentary.  We are looking for funding for the following post-production activities:

  • Editing

  • Sound

  • Translation from Amharic to English

  • Subtitling

  • Narration

  • Voice over

  • Continuity

We are completing the following edits:

  • Feature length documentary for broadcast / film festival

  • 30 minute short for TAAPP fund raising activities

  • 30 minute short for TAAPP participant recruitment

  • 30 minute educational short for UofT and AAU use

All donors we be giving special credit in all versions of the documentary, except those requesting anonymity.

If you would like a tax receipt for your donation  you can make your donation through the University of Toronto and designate the donation for the TAAPP Documentary Film.
